Welcome to the 11th annual International Engineering conference PQsynergytm 2011 and exhibition in Chiang Mai, Thailand September 19th, 20th and 21st, 2011. For 11 years, PQsynergytm has hosted presentations from around the world on the state of the art of Power Quality and Energy Efficiency. This year we have added a new perspective, the SmartGrid.

The various aspects of the SmartGrid are defining the modernization of the electrical systems in every country. The SmartGrid will affect every aspect of the electricity supply business and it will influence the quality and reliability of the supply to the end users. One of the primary objectives of modernizing the electrical supply system is to improve the efficiency.
